 And after due considerations, given your line of business, I have deemed it fit to contact you to assist me in this business of utmost confidentiality. I am the elder brother of Hajiya Hafsat Al-Mustapha, the wife of the former Chief Security Officer to the late Head of State of Nigeria presently being detained by the new civilian government for
 Political reasons.

 She and her husband have mandated me to contact a reputable foreigner / foreign firm to pose as a creditor to their company (name withheld) whose assets are presently being liquidated by a Federal Government instituted panel, to claim the sum of US$ 15.5 Million (Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars) being part of their funds.

 International community who insist that most of these individuals and there companies are highly indebted to foreign organization whose claims cannot be met due to these frozen accounts. Thus, our government has through the Christoper Kolade Panel, recommenced the review of such claims and if satisfied the panel would instruct immediate payment. 
                    
 This is a risk free and straightforward transaction as we have processed all the necessary documents to facilitate it; all that would be required of you is to act as a foreign creditor.
 Further more it has been resolved that 15% of this sum will be your share for nominating an account for this purpose and acting as a custodian of these funds and any other assistance you will give in that regard. 5%has been mapped out to pay back all local and
 International expenses, which maybe be incurred in the course of the transaction, while the remaining 80% will go to the owners of the fund. To facilitate the conclusion of this transaction if accepted by you, do send to me without delay via e-mail:
